Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office or department. This role includes managing daily office functions, coordinating schedules, handling internal and external communications, and supporting various administrative and project-related tasks. The Administrative Coordinator acts as a key point of contact, taking initiative in problem-solving, process improvement, and ensuring deadlines and standards are consistently met.
