A local design-build firm in the Providence area is seeking an Architectural Job Captain to join their team. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design development and construction documentation process for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project architects, designers, and consultants to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Licensed Architect preferred but not required.
