• Has moderate to extensive knowledge and experience in own discipline
• Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments when entering this Assignment level, developing towards having full accountability processes or business objectives
• Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers by leading projects or project steps within a broader project
• Typically resolves problems using existing solutions, but may also solve complex problems taking a new perspective on existing solutions
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
• Can be a Line Manager for Business Operations and Technical roles (up to 3)
Serves as the point of contact for Associate relations issues and inquiries within an identified cross segment, cross functional client group. Builds trust, credibility and collaborative relationships with Line Managers and Associates. Handles inquiries and mitigates risk to the organization through application of policies, practices and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Focuses on significant business imperatives critical to the organization’s success, including but not limited to: Great Line Management, the Associates Concept and our Associates relations related policies and practices. Mitigates the potential adverse impact of labor issues while creating alignment with the *** Five Principles, and driving consistency in the management of Associates relations. Provides subject matter expertise to ensure fair treatment, coaching managers to build capability and manage complex escalated policy inquires, Associates concerns and cases of Associates performance.
