Job Description :

• Carry out client treatment plans developed by BCBA: updating targets and behavior reduction data as needed.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans developed by the BCBA
• Analyze program data to make adjustments as needed to ensure progression on goals
• Provide weekly client and Behavior Technician supervision
• Schedule and conduct team meetings for each client
• Attend and/or participate in caregiver trainings under the direction BCBA
• Conduct follow-up assessments and add goals under the direction of the BCBA
• Update client assessment as needed
• Prepare and/or delegate the creation of needed program materials
• Conduct direct sessions based on the staffing needs for assigned clients under the direction of supervisor
• Train new Behavior Technicians as needed

Required Education & Experience :

• A Bachelor’s Degree
• 2,000 hours of documented experience providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children and/or adolescents on the autism spectrum. Must possess a solid understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral principles.
• Must be creative and energetic. Must also have a natural ability to interact with a variety of children on the autism spectrum at different functioning levels.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage Behavior Technicians
• Must pass a Wisconsin Caregiver’s Background Check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
