Business Development Representative

Job Location: American Canyon, California

Job Type: Direct Hire - Full-time

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hour depending on experience + commission

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Requirement: Bachelor's Degree

Description of Position:

This position pays $23-$25/hour plus commission and has growth opportunities to advance your career into outside sales and territory management with uncapped commission.

You will join Bolt Staffing, a temporary staffing agency based in American Canyon, California. Bolt provides a variety of staffing and recruiting services for its clients, focusing on the government, administrative, and light industrial verticals. Your role is to qualify leads for account managers, drive prospective buyers into marketing campaigns, and distribute sales marketing content to prospective clients. Your day to day responsibilities include outbound phone calls, sending follow up emails, and coordinating sales meetings with your qualified prospects and our senior sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contacting, communicating, and following up with business owners and decision makers to inform and sell them on the value of our services.
• Emailing businesses in the process of signing up and those expressing interest.
• Training and explaining service costs and fees to potential business clients.
• Assisting merchant clients with the application process.
• Maintaining relationships and obtaining referrals from signed-up merchant clients.
• Prospecting through social media and online resources to generate leads.
• Logging and documenting all business interactions in CRM systems.
