SAP Business Process Owner

Location: Simpsonville, SC (On-site) | Travel: Up to 20% | Employment Type: Full-Time

Dodge Industrial is seeking a skilled SAP Business Process Owner (BPO) to provide hands-on support and strategic guidance across our SAP ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will touch every part of Dodge Operations—from Purchasing and Supply Chain to Manufacturing, Quality, Planning & Fulfillment, and Warehousing & Logistics. You’ll maintain and improve current SAP procedures while driving integration, compliance, and future readiness, including the migration to SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary resource for resolving SAP-related issues across Dodge Operations.
• Support and manage integration with critical platforms including VIP, Sievo, Compliant Pro, Power BI , and Shop Floor Display .
• Administer and implement SAP table changes (including production support, testing, and user training).
• Investigate ABAP programs to identify system issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT Application Developers and SAP Programmers to estimate development efforts and implement solutions.
• Support installation, maintenance, and optimization of cross-functional SAP processes and services.
• Lead or support SAP Configuration changes for improved functionality.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of SAP systems and data.
• Assist with internal and external audits; develop and enforce internal control procedures.
• Monitor and enforce user access policies in line with internal control and segregation of duties requirements.
• Provide general SAP technical support outside of security-specific tasks.
• Partner with internal and external teams across domestic and international Dodge locations .
• Contribute to the future SAP S/4HANA migration planning and execution.

What You’ll Need:

• Demonstrated experience in SAP system administration in a large enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP configuration and cross-platform integration .
• Understanding of ABAP logic and ability to troubleshoot or evaluate program functionality.
• Strong business judgment and organizational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and set priorities .
• Ability to work across departments and communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and provide after-hours support as needed.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. and fluency in spoken and written English .
