Job Description
As the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall strategy and operations of the organization. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, your focus will be to ensure the smooth coordination of critical business functions, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Administration. You will be responsible for driving results, fostering collaboration, and supporting the achievement of key business objectives, ensuring the organization meets or exceeds its financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Drive the development and execution of business strategies to meet and surpass performance and financial goals.
Team Leadership: Manage and guide the leadership team, ensuring accountability for delivering on commitments and fostering a high-performance culture.
Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth integration of all key business functions, aligning them towards common goals in a collaborative team environment.
Problem-Solving: Tackle real-time business challenges, resolve conflicts, and maintain a unified and effective leadership team.
Process Management: Ensure adherence to core business processes and project management systems to support efficiency and growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to translate high-level ideas into actionable plans, maintaining a strong partnership and mutual respect.
Clear Communication: Ensure that key messages and strategies are communicated effectively across all levels of the organization.
Leadership Oversight: Oversee the leaders in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources to drive consistent growth and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience leading management teams, with a proven track record of delivering strategic and operational success.
5+ years of experience in the 3PL industry or a related field, with a focus on business growth and scalability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading a company or division using the EOS Operating Model is highly desirable.
