Job Description

Talent Depot, hiring on behalf of a valued customer, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to support the Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC) in Gulfport, MS. This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Military Members, their Families, and Veterans by providing essential mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, testing, and collateral sources.
  • Establish psychiatric diagnoses following DSM guidelines.
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy to assist patients in managing mental health conditions or coping with injuries/illnesses.
  • Support patient rehabilitation and recovery as part of Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education : Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Internship/Residency : Completed APA-accredited internship in psychology.
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year as a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
  • License : Active, unrestricted clinical psychologist license from any U.S. state.
  • Certification : Current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Security : Ability to pass a government background check.
