This is a full time salaried position with excellent benefits and a typical office hour schedule. This position requires someone to be in the on-call rotation. Salary will depend on experience. Come join a long established cutting edge transportation company based in Baldwinsville!
Responsibilities include:
· Accident resolution and subrogation
· Vehicle registrations, state inspections and title changes
· Maintain drivers qualification (DQ) files
· Administer hours of service violation reports
· Handles urgent situations in a timely and a professional manner
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in the transportation industry or insurance claims desired.
· Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
· Detail oriented, able to multitask and great organization skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) and FMCSA regulations is a plus but not required
