📍 Work Mode: Onsite (5 days in office) - in New York City!

📅 Duration: 6-month contract

💵 Compensation: $18.90 per hour

🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends off)

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure product labeling meets all relevant regulations and accuracy standards.
• Support factory social compliance efforts, including labor practices and workplace conditions.

Risk Management

• Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain proactive measures to reduce compliance-related exposure.

Policy & Procedures

• Assist in the creation and enforcement of internal compliance policies and SOPs.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track compliance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare regular reports to highlight performance and areas needing improvement.

Training & Communication

• Contribute to employee training on compliance-related topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3+ years in quality assurance, regulatory, or compliance roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential.
