IRIS direct end client which is one of the Investment banking company is urgently looking to hire Core Java Developer – Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid). This is a Contract opportunity.

Core Java Developer

Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid/ 3 days office & 2 days work from home)

Nature of Contract – Contract opportunity

We are looking for a talented Java/J2EE Developer with hands-on experience in Java and Spring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the finance domain and be adept at building scalable, high-performance applications to support financial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using J2EE and Spring technologies.
• Develop interactive front-end components using JavaScript and integrate them with backend systems.
• Build and enhance financial systems such as trading platforms, payment processing, or risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and systems are optimized.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Java/J2EE and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for front-end integration.
• Deep understanding of finance domain applications (trading, payments, financial risk, etc.).
• Proficient in SQL databases and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and microservices.
