**Unilevers Health & Wellbeing Group holds the companys functional nutrition brands and the portfolio of brands that includes Equilibra (Italy) and US acquired brands Olly, Liquid IV, SmartyPants and Welly. Each brand is completely unique and focused on giving consumers superior experiences within their respective spaces and target segments. We are committed to continue grow this strategic business for Unilever through a series of acquisitions and international expansion of acquired brands through Unilevers scale and network in the markets.**
**We are looking for a versatile digital marketing professional with experience and potential to grow a E600m+ business to E3-4bn+ in the next few years.**

****KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES****
**The Data Driven Marketing Lead Health & Wellbeing (H&W) will be responsible for:**
* **Partner with the Health & Wellbeing brands and Unilever teams to create a data driven marketing strategy for Health & Wellness, complete with audience considerations, channel priorities, technology & tool assessment, and best practices for sharing insights across brands.**
* **Surface cross brand learnings by developing a holistic measurement approach and determining key KPIs across paid, earned and owned channels**
* **Advise agency partners on optimization strategies and learning agendas.**
* **Identify the need for, and evaluate, marketing technology solutions to deliver against Heath & Wellness business goals considering technology to be leveraged for customization, automation, audience segmentation, and reporting.**
* **Implement pilot programs using emerging data-driven marketing platforms.**
* **Bringing relevant Unilever capabilities & tools to the H&W brands to learn and leverage.**

* **Strong experience in building capabilities and driving growth in a disruptive fashion.**
* **Be an externally oriented person with an entrepreneurial mind set and with strong knowledge of Unilever ways of working.**

****REQUIREMENTS****
* **Bachelors Degree required.**
* **7+ years of experience across the digital marketing landscape delivering strategies and working with brands to drive growth.**
* **Experience in influencing stakeholders and delivering through networked teams.**
* **Strong business and analytical acumen.**

In order to do these, a couple of things that need to be done, or where I'd place emphasis is on the ability to prioritize and make decisions, to be able to take some data and analyze it and draw conclusions from the data, and then make decisions from that analysis that you have done. It's also really important that you're able to be a team player and that you're able to work cross-functionally, because there are a lot of different areas that we interact with in the customer development world. And lastly, I would say you need to be prepared to bring not only a 100% of yourself, but 110% of yourself to the job in order to deliver successfully and to continue to pave the way to future success.
