As the AI & Data Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning technologies to elevate our data analysis and predictive modeling capabilities. While overseeing a team of skilled data analysts and data engineers who specialize in dashboarding, data analysis, and data engineering, your primary focus will be on pioneering AI-driven solutions that optimize our data strategies across financial, operational, and staff management domains. Your comprehensive experience in AI development, data science, business intelligence (BI), and data engineering will be essential in leading our team to success and transforming our approach to data analytics. What You Will Do: Utilize large language models, machine learning, and other forms of AI to enhance data analysis and predictive modeling capabilities. Develop and implement data strategies that support financial, operational, and staff management data needs. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and data engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality dashboarding and data solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all data processes and systems. Drive continuous improvement in data processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our data strategies and solutions at the forefront of innovation. To Be Successful You Will Have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience working with large language models and other forms of AI to drive data insights and automation. Extensive experience in data science, including machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis. Strong background in business intelligence (BI) and data engineering, with hands-on experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial data analysis, operational data analysis, and staff management data analysis. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Certifications in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
