Position: Pediatric Dental Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims to maximize office productivity and patient satisfaction.
• Supervise and support a team of dental assistants and doctors.
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and office policies.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
• Implement and maintain office procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dental office administration, preferably in a pediatric setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of dental billing and insurance processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.30 - $29.26 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
