**Position: Director of Staffing and Business Development**
As the Director of Staffing and Business Development, you will play a crucial role in our organization by wearing three key hats:
1. **Business Development**: Identify and close new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction.
2. **Staffing for Client Base**: Oversee recruiting efforts to connect top talent with client needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
3. **Leadership**: Coach and manage the team to achieve success in business development and staffing.
**Compensation:**
- W-2 salary (varies based on experience) plus a generous tiered uncapped commission structure.
- Yearly On-Target-Earnings up to $200,000.

**Key Responsibilities:**
**Business Development:**
- Drive new business through high-volume outbound sales efforts, including calls, emails, and client meetings.
- Develop new accounts and re-engage past clients to maximize growth and profits.
- Achieve sales goals by prospecting and setting meetings with decision-makers in the restaurant, hotel, retail, food & beverage, and hospitality sectors.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR executives, C-Levels/VPs, and owners.
- Develop and deliver proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed client records and ensure regular follow-up and feedback collection.
- Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual sales meetings.
- Track all sales activity and maintain accountability for proposed, tentative, and closed business.
- Meet or exceed individual, team, and revenue targets through proactive sales efforts.
**Recruitment:**
- Focus on filling job orders with qualified candidates when not closing new orders.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates that align with client expectations.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters/salespeople to meet client staffing needs.
- Foster a culture focused on teamwork and high performance.
**What You Bring:**
- A track record of success in business development or sales.
- Proven experience in staffing or recruitment.
