Job Description

Business Analyst  will interact with various other key stakeholders including middle office, legal, compliance, data management, and tax teams to ensure an integrated approach is designed.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial and operating information to develop data to answer the questions that are being asked by the department leaders, affiliated dental groups, and business units.
• Participate and lead planning and development sessions to identify data that is required to complete analysis to answer the posed business question(s).
• Processes and procedures both across and within the mortgage servicing team
• Develop a streamlined process flow based off of both technology and industry expertise
• Document the business need in a variety of formats: Business Requirements Document (BRD), Data Mapping Spreadsheets, Use Cases and User Stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree
• 0-1 year of experience
• Responsible, dependable, quick learner
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology
