We strive for excellence and innovation in everything we do. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Facilities Operations Program Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

Role Summary: As the Facilities Operations Program Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Program Manager for the Facilities Operations Branch. You will coordinate and provide recommendations on guidance, oversight, and support for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) program, covering Army, Air Force, and Navy Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) globally.

Key Responsibilities:

· Leadership & Integration: Lead the O&M team and ensure smooth integration of DHA O&M programs and initiatives.

· Contract & Compliance Management: Develop performance work statements and requirements to ensure contractual support to DHA MTFs. Review and standardize existing contracts.

· Site Investigations: Plan, schedule, and conduct site visits and consultations to assess the needs and structure of O&M programs.

· Facility Management Support: Assist MTFs in compliance with Defense goals, reduce commodity cost risks, and prioritize contract initiatives.

· Analysis & Standardization: Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities for standardization across DHA.

· Collaboration: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including DoD and other federal agencies, to ensure high-quality staff actions.

· Communication: Present and disseminate information within and outside of DoD and DHA.

· Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned and be prepared to travel 10-25% of the time.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Experience & Education:

· Experience supervising in healthcare operations and maintenance or similar positions.

· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience).

· 10 years of experience managing healthcare facility maintenance and repair.

· 3 years of experience in scoping Medical O&M contracts or similar products.

Knowledge & Skills:

· Familiarity with Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES).

· Comprehensive knowledge of DoD administrative policies and military service department structures.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

· Active favorable NACI clearance.

Preferred Skills:

· Certifications like Certified Healthcare Facility Management (AHA), Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM), or Facility Manager Certificate (FMC).

· Experience with DoD or Federal Multiple Award Task Order Contracts and federal contract agencies.

· Knowledge of Joint Commission standards, DoD design guidelines, and Unified Facilities Criteria.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.

· Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.
