Job Description

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Front End Web Developer for a hybrid position in Gahanna, OH.

• Evaluate task requirements and liaison with other resources to complete tasks
• Build and deploy web applications and features according to industry best practices using JavaScript (VueJS/Ionic), HTML, and CSS
• Optimize code for speed, SEO, accessibility, and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into the team’s workflow where appropriate.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and a culture of innovation.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of software applications and systems.
• Report on team progress and project status to senior management and stakeholders.
  

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, related fields, or equivalent experience required.
• Industry certifications preferred.
• Experience with: HTML, CSS, Modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, Angular, React, or similar), Git version control, PHP, Ionic or Similar Framework
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 3 to 5 years Development Experience
