A client of insight global is seeing a Head Bank Teller. The Head Teller is responsible for overseeing the teller operations of a bank branch. This role includes supervising tellers, managing daily teller activities, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies. The Head Teller also assists with resolving customer inquiries and issues, provides training and development for teller staff, and supports the overall goals and objectives of the branch. Compensation: $23/hr to $27/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
