Fully on-site. Position Summary: This role will provide guidance consistent with HR best practices that drive high quality results. Lead and support HR projects and processes, i.e., salary planning, salary actions, incentives, employee face to face support on understanding benefits, policies, etc. and general HR administrative data by maintaining appropriate records and ensuring HR system data accuracy. Has a strong customer focus, a practical approach to providing effective HR support and an interest in continuing to learn and develop. The successful candidate will serve as the liaison between the HR systems and the employees, providing understanding of the issue and taking the requisite steps to resolve the matter. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Facility on-boarding for new hires to include orientation, I9 & E-Verify completion. Participate in bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing to audit data to ensure all changes are correct. Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees. Provide HR support to managers & employee groups by addressing HR questions and providing appropriate information Work with outsourced leave administrator to administer the leave of absence process Manage the annual hourly performance management compensation cycle, training and development, progression process, etc. Ensure competitive and consistent pay practices, promotions and progressions based on internal and external data. Employee database management to include: data entry and maintenance for US based employees, data integrity audits, pulling reports from database and assisting managers with the web interface Self Service. Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action. Create and deliver training as needed, to include front line leadership training and new hire orientation Support, participate, and strictly adhere to site standards, policies and procedures relevant to safety, industrial hygiene, security/CTPAT requirements and environmental. Maintain and report on HR KPIs for internal and external audits Participate on safety committees Participation in special projects as needed Supervisory Responsibility: None Education and Experience 3+ years of HR experience, preferably working for a global company in a manufacturing environment Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, or related field Knowledge and Skill Requirements Microsoft Office w/strong Excel and PowerPoint Strong knowledge of HRIS systems to include ADP-WFN Payroll or finance background desired Experience with E-Verify Strong analytical skills and attention to details Strong communication skills to include both verbal and written Understanding of employment law and other government compliance regulations Strong track record of delivering viable solutions to the organization to drive an inclusive, diverse work environment, balancing both employee and business needs Strong interpersonal and communication experience with the ability to interact with a diverse population Strong advocate for maintaining confidentiality Attention to detail and understanding of the impact of results with the ability to integrate information in order to accurately understand and apply to an overall procedure and/or process Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
