Role Overview  

We are looking for a developer to join the AI – Resource Optimization (AIRO) team at KW International, Inc. This individual will play a crucial role in building business applications and integrating them with AI tools. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI-driven solutions and is eager to contribute to projects that enhance system integration and resource optimization. This role will also act as a pipeline between the IT team and AIRO team, primarily helping with AI & System Integration projects. 

Responsibilities  

• Develop and maintain business applications that work in conjunction with AI developments 
• Assist team lead in outlining and managing System Integration projects 
• Bridge communication and workflow between the IT team and the AIRO team 
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable software solutions 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges 
• Assist with renewing legacy business operation system 

What We’re Looking For  

Minimum Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field
• 1-3 years of work experience in Software Development, or other related field
• Back-End Expertise: Experience with ASP.NET, SQL, Node.js, VB, and familiarity with NoSQL databases and Python 
• Cloud Platform Experience: Working knowledge of AWS platforms 
• Moderate understanding of database design 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience in a startup environment 
• Experience building business application systems 
• Basic understanding of MLOps 
• Interest in Machine Learning applications within the logistics industry 
• Front-End Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, WebForms, Windows Forms, and Console Applications 

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
