They are looking for a strong Maintenance Manager to lead their team, optimize plant operations, and support future automation initiatives at their New Jersey facility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading all maintenance operations for production equipment and facilities.
• Developing and executing preventative and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Partnering with leadership to drive automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
• Managing budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Coaching, training, and developing the maintenance team to support company growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing (protein experience preferred).
• Knowledge of grinders, mixers, formers, packers, and other processing equipment.
• Experience implementing automation and process improvements is a big plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred due to workforce composition.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
