4 Degrees is on a mission to be the most innovative, knowledgeable and service oriented real estate company in the Pacific Northwest. We're currently looking for a maintenance professional who can take initiative and help anticipate problems before they occur. A maintenance coordinator often needs to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors and anyone else he or she encounters on the job.

• Ownership Mentality: Take pride and ownership in each work order. The ideal candidate would enjoy working autonomously most of the time, but also willing to work as part of a team. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to; maintaining the service technician's schedules, ordering parts, communicating with tenants regarding the status of their work order, preparing service invoices for processing as well as consistently providing clear and concise communications with department leads.
• Integrity: 4 Degrees operates with a high level of integrity. The ideal candidate would lead by example ensuring that all work is performed accurately, properly and in a timely manner.

Skills Needed to Win:

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience
• Leadership experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently
• Adaptive to change and willingness to be a lifelong learner

Compensation details: 19-22 Hourly Wage
