We are actively seeking individuals who are comfortable with heavy canvassing and door-to-door sales, both for residential and commercial clients.

What You'll Do:

• Canvassing & Door Knocking : Engage with homeowners and business owners, introducing them to our top-tier roofing services. Whether you're targeting B2B or B2C , you’ll be building relationships and generating quality leads.
• Roof Inspections : Assess roofs and pinpoint areas that need attention. You’ll become an expert advisor, offering solutions that homeowners trust.
• Presenting Solutions : After understanding customer needs, you’ll present our best roofing options, tailoring solutions that match their budget and exceed their expectations .
• Closing Deals : Once you’ve provided options, you’ll close deals and make sure customers are set up for success, leading to happy clients and more business.

Compensation That Rewards Your Effort

• Paid Training for 3 Months : We start you strong, paying you $1,000/week during the first month of training to set you up for success. For months two and three of training it is $500/week + $250/CPF signed!
• Base Pay + Commission After Training : 1st Year Earnings : $55,000 – $80,000 | 2nd Year Earnings : $80,000 – $100,000 (with unlimited earning potential).
• Company Vehicle after training: Drive in style and support your success.
• Technology to Help You Succeed : Company-provided business phone number, iPad, and a drone to enhance your performance.

Who You Are:

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• Competitive Attitude : You want to win, and you're driven to exceed targets and dominate your goals.
• Exceptional Communication Skills : You’re a natural at building rapport and connecting with people.
• Relationship-Building Pro : You thrive on making connections and maintaining lasting relationships with clients.
• Organized & Results-Driven : You love hitting targets and beating expectations.
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable navigating apps, CRMs, and tools to track leads and manage client info.
• Basic Construction & Math Knowledge : Or a strong willingness to learn on the job.
• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record .
• Physical Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions, including walking on roofs in various weather conditions.
• Pass a Background Check and Periodic Drug Tests.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 10am-7pm

Some Saturdays 9am-3pm
