We are seeking a talented, results-oriented
Paid Search Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) for their healthcare clients. You will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the performance of paid search campaigns across multiple accounts, ensuring their clients' digital marketing goals are met with excellence.
This is a remote position, ideal for a self-motivated and proactive individual with strong paid search experience, preferably in the healthcare or related industries.
Paid Search Manager Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and other relevant channels
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify and target high-value keywords relevant to the healthcare sector
- Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads and other data platforms
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and user engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and strategic marketing approaches
- Provide recommendations and insights for account optimizations, budget allocation and campaign strategy adjustments
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search and the healthcare industry
- Manage and track budgets effectively to ensure campaigns are staying within budget while maximizing results
- Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance, goals and adjustments
Paid Search Manager Requirements: - 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in the healthcare space
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and sales in competitive markets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and sensitivities, including HIPAA guidelines, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
