Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Designer - Pattern Maker and Cutter to join our team in Dallas. This role is essential to bringing our creative visions to life, turning sketches into beautifully crafted garments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for precision, and an understanding of luxury couture craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist develop technical designs and patterns for custom bridal gowns and evening wear based on designer sketches.
• Cut fabrics with precision to match patterns, ensuring minimal waste and perfect accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with the design and sewing teams to ensure the realization of the design vision.
• Make alterations to patterns based on client/model fittings and feedback.
• Maintain high-quality standards, paying attention to every detail and ensuring that garments meet our luxury standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a technical designing, cutting, and pattern making garments.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabric characteristics.
• Experience working with delicate fabrics, such as silk, lace, and organza.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for couture fashion and dedication to craftsmanship.
