Located in Indianapolis, IN, IROC Physical Therapy and Personal Training is dedicated to helping North Indy Hoosiers move pain-free so they can return to the activities they love. We prioritize holistic and non-invasive approaches to pain management and rehabilitation, rejecting the use of pain pills, injections, or surgeries. We are our hybrid clinic that provides insurance based PT, personal training, and massage therapy.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at IROC Physical Therapy and Personal Training in Indianapolis, IN. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing patient care, conducting physical therapy sessions, and developing personalized rehabilitation plans for clients. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication with patients, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals, as well as, supervision of assistants and techs. Based on staffing the is a possibility to float to our Avon location, however, this is not a requirement to apply.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
  • Knowledge of Medicine and its impact on physical therapy
  • Experience in providing patient care and developing treatment plans
  • Experience in Home Care for patient rehabilitation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist
  • Continuing education and specialization in specific areas of physical therapy are beneficial
