This is a full-time Physician Assistant role at KURT G VERNON MD PA. As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients under the supervision of our physicians. You will perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on preventive healthcare measures. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being located at our office in Fuquay-Varina, NC, but with flexibility for some remote work.

• Diagnostic Skills: Proficient in conducting physical examinations, interpreting medical tests, and formulating accurate diagnoses.
• Treatment Planning: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Empathy: Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients, ensuring their comfort and emotional well-being.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documenting patient information, monitoring progress, and identifying potential complications.

• Licensure: Valid physician assistant license in the state of North Carolina.
