General Summary

The Analyst, Procurement (Reporting and Analytics) is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of a robust analytics program for the Procurement department. This position will work closely with the Procurement organization as well as key business partners to identify business needs, provide recommendations, and develop standardized dashboard and reporting. In addition, this role is the primary owner for executing weekly and monthly reporting necessary to support the enterprise-wide Enabler Program. The ideal candidate requires the ability to work in a very tactical environment as well as the ability to think strategically and utilize data to help drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own monthly reporting and data compliance as it relates to Procurement's participation in the enterprise wide cost savings Enabler Program
  • Collaborate with Procurement category managers and key business partners to track the progress of cost savings opportunities from ideation to implementation.
  • Collaborate with key business partners to scope, plan and execute reporting and dashboard requirement utilizing data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and data analysis for key associates in Procurement.
  • Harmonize material group classifications and ensure data accuracy and consistency within source systems (SAP/Ariba)
  • Support Procurement performance measurement activities, including the monitoring and reporting of annual and monthly compliance KPIs and SOX Reporting.
  • Partner with spend analytics platform vendor to develop and enhance data enrichment guidelines.
  • Support additional tasks that align to the strategy of the Procurement Operations Excellence team.

Job Complexity
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and timely validation of key data and metrics per defined requirements.
  • Communicate effectively cross functionally and within Procurement.
  • Attain proficiency in Campbell's procurement processes and data collection methodologies.
  • Design and implement process and systems enhancements to drive efficiencies and enhance visibility and controls.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3 + years of experience

Preferred Requirements
  • Educational focus on supply chain management, data analytics, management information systems, accounting or finance preferred.
  • 3+years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain and/or data analytics and reporting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across an organization and with external parties.
  • Experience with SAP or SAP Ariba Procurement suite of products a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel; experience with additional Microsoft tools including SharePoint.
  • Experience in developing dashboard in Power BI preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Possess good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Naturally a self-starter and very results oriented.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$61,800-$97,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
