About the Position Conduit Power is on a path to supplement our Nation's power generation system with reliable and dispatchable generation in ways that reduces carbon footprint and accelerates the transition to clean, renewable energy.
We are seeking an experienced
Procurement and Documentation (PD) Analyst to joinour dynamic team at Conduit Power. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to procurement activities. You will: - Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationship management for components and materials required for reciprocating engines and battery energy storage systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to understand project requirements and develop procurement plans to support product development and production schedules.
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of purchased materials.
- Lead RFP/RFQ process, generate purchase orders, track order status, and expedite deliveries to meet project timelines and production targets.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management and optimization efforts to minimize excess inventory and reduce lead times.
- Provide support for documentation management, including organizing, cataloging, and maintaining technical documents, specifications, and drawings related to product design and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to procurement and documentation management.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and collaborative technology partnerships to enhance the capabilities and reliability of project designs and operations.
What You Bring to the Team: - Must be able to legally work in the United States of America
- A minimum of 2-5 years experience in procurement, logistics, document control, or related fields
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles, preferably in the manufacturing or energy industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed procurement decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using procurement software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and document management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Education, certifications, and experience commensurate with a PD Analyst level role. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

Location: Houston, TX
Target Comp Range: $105,000 to $115,000 base salary + bonus, depending on experience
