$60.00 - $80.00 hourly rate based on experience

M-F 9 to 5 on-call occasionally

Join a dedicated team at an eating disorder treatment facility offering Partial Hospitalization (PHP) services. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) , you’ll play a vital role in patient care, combining expertise in psychopharmacology and evidence-based treatment to support individuals on their recovery journey. Through medication education, ongoing monitoring, and collaborative treatment planning, you’ll help patients achieve stability and progress.

Key Responsibilities of the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP):

• Provide psychiatric coverage, assessments, and take calls as scheduled.
• Educate patients on psychotropic medications and monitor their efficacy and side effects.
• Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans, making necessary referrals.
• Conduct timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Facilitate group therapy and utilize creative therapeutic interventions.
• Ensure continued care through assertive utilization review.

Qualifications for the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP):

• Current NP licensure in Colorado with Prescriptive Authority.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
