Job Description

Activity : Advanced manufacturing, welding, maritime industrial base

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of manufacturing processes
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure quality standards are met
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality control standards
Train staff on quality assurance practices and procedures

What you bring :

5 years’ experience with quality inspection in the maritime and defense manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of quality control processes, especially in advanced technologies and welding
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with maritime regulations and industry quality standards.
Experience establishing quality systems and performing ISO or DCAA audits on quality systems
Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) preferred
