A leading, innovative hospital system is seeking Radiologic Technologists for various specialties at their locations in the Bronx and White Plains, NY. You will work under the supervision of the Director, performing routine and special procedure imaging. The base pay range for this position is $55 to $75 per hour. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer. Job Duties:

• Prepare and position patients correctly for specific examinations
• Observe different requirements for each protocol including proper documentation on images
• Assume responsibilities for designated areas and procedures and produces good technical images, reviewing completed exams for quality, completeness for the type of test ordered
• Assists physicians during practice-based procedures as necessary
• Perform equipment Quality assurance and calibration, order supplies. and report malfunctioning equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment and accessories
• Process images or prints CDs if needed
• Perform routine office tasks, such as answering phones, checking-in patients, obtaining previous reports/films
• Show Radiologist films and calls reports to the attending physician

Qualifications:

• NYS Radiology Technologist License
• ARRT Certification (R, CT, MRI)
• 1+ year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist technologist in a hospital or ambulatory setting
• Any of the following specialties can apply (Interventional Radiology, X-Ray, CT, MRI)
