Our client, a national leader in the commercial steel industry is looking for an office receptionist to join the team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to grow their career with a growing company.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
• Phone and Email Support: Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries via phone and email.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment schedules, conference room bookings, and visitor logs.
• Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, including filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
• Package and Mail Handling: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies as required to maintain smooth operations.

What You Bring To The Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
