More about the position:

This is a 100% fully remote position. Zephyr Connects is headquartered in Ohio, but this position is open to anyone residing in the continental United States. You must have your own computer, webcam, microphone, and phone. A dedicated, professional office space for virtual meetings with candidates and our clients is a must.

The main duties of this role are:

  • Client virtual meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Employee interviews
  • Researching various industries and companies
  • Writing job descriptions and job postings
  • Posting job postings on various job boards
  • Job posting management on various job boards
  • Resume screening
  • Virtual interviews
  • Phone interviews
  • Overseeing and managing the contracts from start to finish
  • Working closely with clients to resolve any issues that may come up
  • Report to the client, and recruiting manager, about the performance of the job.
  • Use your charm and enthusiasm throughout the entire recruiting journey for a successful contract fulfillment with our clients

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting is a plus! But this is NOT your traditional recruiting firm, so a desire and openness to do it differently is required
  • Self-assured starter work style
  • Excel at follow-through
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Tech savvy and able to pick up new technology quickly and intuitively.
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Able to work independently and take initiative, be self-directed and self-motivated.
  • Easy to reach and responsive during normal business hours – we have a policy of responding to texts, phone calls and emails within 4 hours, you must be able to comply with this policy during business hours, but many are just quick responses.
  • Your schedule must allow you to join us on Tuesday afternoons, which take place from 11:30am-12:30pm Eastern Time, followed by a Recruiting Team meeting, 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm Eastern Time.

Hours of work:

The schedule is flexible, but you must be able to check job boards at least once daily during the week and commit to at least 25-30 hours of availability during the week. This includes virtual interviews, client meetings, and administrative tasks. 

Compensation:

Each role you take on will pay out a flat fee, starting at $1,400.00 in Tier 1 per contract. This is not contingent on you filling the role. After about the first 90 days, you will move into tier 2 which pays out at $1,560.00 per contract, our tier 3 recruiters are paid $1,716.00 per contract.
