GoldenT Inc is a McDonald's Franchise based out of Mason, OH with 6 locations and opening a 7th location in July 2025. We have a leadership team, but as the company is growing, our leadership team needs to expand. We currently have openings for a Supervisor, GM and Shift Leaders at our various locations. On March 11 and 12, our leadership team members will be onsite at all 6 locations to speak with you via phone or in-person. Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Leaders for a full-time, on-site position at our various locations. The Restaurant Leader will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading food service activities, maintaining quality standards, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive in hiring and training staff, ensuring adherence to food preparation guidelines, and fostering a positive team environment.
