This position is being posted on behalf of JTG , USA (a sister company of Fragrance.com) which are both subsidiaries of B&S Group S.A.

Location: Pompano Beach, FL. The candidate must live within commuting distance to the FL office.

JTG, USA is a leading wholesale distributor specializing in fragrance, skin care, cosmetics, hair care & other beauty categories. We partner with major U.S. chain stores, big box retailers, and mass retail channels to deliver high-quality products at competitive prices. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to expand our wholesale distribution business within the big box, mass retail, and chain store sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience working with major retailers, a strong sales background, and the ability to leverage technology and data-driven insights to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain relationships with key retail buyers, category managers, and procurement teams at major chain stores and big-box retailers.
• Identify new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand our presence in mass retail channels.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale account management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (logistics, purchasing, intercompany and operations) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize sales strategies.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and CRM tools to track sales performance and manage customer interactions.
• Stay updated on retail industry trends and retail compliance requirements to effectively position our products.
• Travel as needed to attend retailer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of sales experience in wholesale distribution, retail partnerships, or related industries.
• Proven track record of selling to big-box, chain stores, or mass retailers (e.g., Walmart, CVS, Costco, CVS, TJ Maxx Marshalls, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and CRM software.
• Ability to interpret sales reports, forecasts, and market data to drive strategic decisions.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using and learning digital sales tools, and reporting software.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
