Job Description:
As a Senior Agile Scrum Master, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our clients through complex business and technology initiatives. Your expertise will be vital in adapting to various Project Management environments and applying Agile principles to help organizations transition to Agile Delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and provide coaching at all levels in an emerging Agile environment.
- Assess current organizational practices and recommend optimal Agile strategies.
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more scrum teams as needed.
- Facilitate roadmapping, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Support the triage and resolution of critical project issues.
- Prepare and deliver clear and effective communications on project progress and status to both internal and client teams.
- Engage in hands-on project work, including analysis, design, and change management as required.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile coach.
- A solid understanding of Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and iterative development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT full development life cycle.
- CSM certification or equivalent preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex consulting engagements.
- Ability to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions.
- Flexibility to work with diverse teams, individuals, and executives, and willingness to contribute to a wide variety of tasks.
- Strong ability to establish credibility with clients, build consensus, and influence outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
