Our lawyers provide a wide range of transactional, and litigation services to its clients in a variety of practice areas including employment law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, contracts and estate planning.
HSK seeks a senior litigation associate to join its team. At HSK, you have the opportunity to work on a range of commercial litigation matters, to learn from and work with experienced attorneys, and to have direct contact with both clients and attorneys on the other side of the case. You will handle cases from start to finish including client interviews, pleadings, discovery and trial. The immersion in the matters, the direct interaction with clients, the collegial atmosphere, and the increasing level of responsibility based on performance will allow you the opportunity to challenge yourself and grow your career.
The position is primarily on location, but a hybrid option will be considered. The firm does not only advocate a work/life balance but insist on it with attorneys working reasonable hours.
