At Intuitive Kids Therapy , we’re on a mission to empower children to become confident communicators. Based in Orange County, CA , our bilingual team specializes in high-quality, individualized speech and language therapy for the pediatric population. We use evidence-based practices delivered in natural environments — such as homes, schools, and daycares — to support every child’s developmental journey and foster meaningful connections.

We primarily serve clients through partnerships with the Regional Center of Orange County , private schools , and private-pay families , and are currently expanding into insurance-based care to broaden access to our services. While our sessions are mostly conducted in-person , we are working toward implementing teletherapy options in the near future.

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Spanish-speaking Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team! This role is hybrid , offering flexibility with both in-home/school-based services and remote opportunities as they become available.

As an SLPA, you will:

• Support licensed SLPs in implementing speech and language therapy plans
• Provide services to children with communication disorders, developmental delays, and articulation challenges
• Deliver therapy in a variety of settings including client homes, private schools, and daycares
• Collect data and document progress for each session
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers, providing strategies for carryover at home
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care

✅ SLPA License (required – active and in good standing in CA)

✅ Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

✅ Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

✅ Experience working with children in a therapy, educational, or childcare setting

✅ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

✅ Knowledge of articulation techniques, communication disorders, and early intervention strategies
