Where you come in: - You will oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products.
- You will ensure the effective use of spare parts, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs. Acts as liaison with process and equipment engineering in releasing new products to the lines.
- You will review PM and CM in RAM/Maximo
- You will oversee strategic and tactical assignments through planning with the manufacturing departments for flawless resource management in equipment coverage.
- You will manage shift technicians, equipment, and line performance through specific maintenance KPI's.
What makes you successful: - You have experience supervising a team of technicians performing maintenance, repairs and other equipment and fixture work
- You have experience supervising projects like layout moves, assembly of production equipment and validation reports.
- You can deliver and maintain performance updates monthly through one-on-one meetings with each technician.
- You have coordinated or perform technician training as needed.
- You have maintained department metrics.
- You have proven work experience in driving results for equipment and maintenance metrics
- You have excellent written skills in completing reports and in completing needed team communications.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You have excellent teamwork skills
- You are able to work flexible hours to meet with team members as needed.
- You have advanced Computer skills in Excel and using RAM database.
- You have experience in working with Automation.
- You are able to read mechanical drawings.
- You have proven results in repairing and validating equipment in a medical device company or other regulated industry (Automotive, Defense, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical)
Experience and Education Requirements: - Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of industry experience
- Informal management/ team lead experience
