Job Title: Technical Analyst - Consumer Lending
Job Location: San Antonio, TX (onsite)
Job Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $73,000 - $78,700 (annually) with an employee benefits package, 7% discretionary annual bonus, and a non-contributory retirement plan.

General Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst with Consumer Lending systems experience to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping their financial performance and corporate strategy. This role reviews and documents various workflows and system interfaces within Consumer Lending to identify inefficiencies
In addition, your expertise will be needed to make recommendations for alternative solutions through detailed project plans, execute projects to improve operations and assist the Consumer Lending operations managers in overcoming loan processing and system maintenance obstacles.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a technical systems analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Symitar OR MeridianLink technology products
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL

• Act as liaison between Mortgage Lending and Servicing divisions and help with IT assistance.
• Knowledge of reporting systems such as Crystal Reports, Tableau or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study OR equivalent experience and knowledge required
