Job Description

A law firm in downtown Houston is looking to bring on a contract Recruiting Coordinator. This is a fully onsite role M-F 8:30am-5:30pm. Pay is $28-38/hr depending on experience. This is a contract role starting ASAP set to last through August.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage applicant records and recruitment data.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, travel, and communications.
• Support various aspects of summer associate programs, including onboarding, tracking, and event coordination.
• Assist with law school on-campus recruiting efforts, including event planning and interview scheduling.
• Facilitate on-campus recruiting activities and hiring initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to regional recruiting committees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or related experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Flexible schedule with occasional travel and extended hours required.
