TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER (Houston and San Antonio)

We are actively seeking Territory Account Managers to join our client, a leading distributor of electric vaporizers and award-winning vaping products, as they expand operations into the U.S. These roles will be home office based in Houston or San Antonio , with 80% travel required to prospects and customers in your region. Candidates will require a valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, confident but humble and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and growth of their territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients to demonstrate the value of products, programs, and services in assigned territory.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the territory, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted partner and brand ambassador.
  • Respond to client inquiries, explore untapped opportunities, and expand customer relationships to maximize territory performance.
  • Achieve sales quotas while ensuring client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the communication link between customers and internal teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and establish performance timelines.
  • Prepare and present reports on account objectives and territory growth; Forecast and track account metrics.
  • Analyze client data to optimize relationship management.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach.

  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High learning ability and embraces feedback
  • Active listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • 1 – 4 years of business development, account management or sales experience.
  • Strong business acumen, ideally in the retail sector.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
