POSITION : Traffic Office Coordinator
LOCATION : Livermore, CA
PAY RATE: $22.00/HR

SCHEDULE : 

Alternating: 3 Days one week / 4 Days next week	12-HR Shifts
Sunday - Tuesday & every other Wednesday	3:00AM - 3:00PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, review and complete inbound and outbound shipments
• Build positive relationships with customers, associates, and external vendors
• Track, trace, and expedite shipments
• Resolve transportation and shipping issues quickly
• Respond to customer calls and ensure customers expectations are exceeded
• Accurately enter order details in the system for order pick up & tracking purposes
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: 

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must have previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Computer savvy
