Union Gypcrete Laborer

Our Opportunity

Performs a wide variety of both unskilled and semi-skilled tasks, mostly manual, associated with the process of applying Gypcrete.

Key duties include:

• Breaking open bags of gypcrete and pouring them into a mixer.
• Setting up the hose for pouring and connecting to the mixer.
• Operating a bobcat to move sand into the mixer.
• Finish the poured Gypcrete floor.
• Carrying supplies onto a job site.

Ideal candidate should have:

• Ability to perform physical labor
• Basic mechanical skills
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Union Certified
• Prior experience in construction or shop management
• Fork lift certified
