Description Park Inc is looking for customer focused valet parking attendants to work at our client location in West Memphis, AR. This is a 24/7 location and shifts are morning, afternoon, and evening. Pay is $10.33 plus tips!
Please Note: You must be 21 years of age or older to qualify for this position.
Specifically we are looking for valet attendants who.....

As a valet parking attendant you will perform the following functions: - Greet arriving and departing guests. Opens passenger door(s).
- Provide claim check and instruct guests on how to reclaim vehicle.
- Inspect vehicles and accurately mark pre-existing damage on valet tickets.
- Park guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
- Retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
- Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues.
- Follow all departmental procedures and policies to ensure efficient, safe and secure operations.
- Ensure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelines.
- Set high personal standards for performance and encourages others to do the same.
- Accurate and efficient cash handling; accepts payments, makes change, follows procedures for credit and other payment transactions. Reports tips in accordance with proper procedure.
- Any and all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - At least 21 years of age
- 2+ years of driving experience
- Valid drivers license
- Acceptable driving record
- Good customer service skills
- Friendly and outgoing
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures
- Must project professionalism
- Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)
- Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)
- Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
