CNA - $2,500 Sign On Bonus, Enhanced Pay Scale ($14-$19 per hour)

7AM - 7PM & 7PM - 7AM on Friday, Saturday, Sunday

CNA Position Overview

A Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for many patient-care tasks to ensure that each resident receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need. They often have the following responsibilities:
•Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
•Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans and established policies and procedures.
•Assist with patient care tasks (lifting, turning, positioning, transporting, bathing, etc.)
•Coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
•Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
•Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements
•An active CNA Certification for the applicable state
•Current CPR/BLS Certification
